Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all use of the GreyhoundAPI API and website. Using the Service, you agree not to:
Access and limits
- Exceed, evade or attempt to circumvent published rate limits, quotas or connection limits, including by rotating keys, using multiple accounts or distributing requests to avoid metering.
- Share, sell or transfer API keys, or use a key outside the account it was issued to.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent authentication or security measures, except under a written agreement with us.
Data use and redistribution
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the raw data in bulk, or make it available as a substitute for a subscription to the Service.
- Systematically harvest the data to build, train or populate a competing dataset or feed for redistribution.
- Remove or obscure attribution where required, or misrepresent the source, accuracy or timeliness of the data.
Conduct
- Present the data to end users as betting or gambling advice, tips or a guaranteed prediction of outcomes, or otherwise imply that we endorse any wager.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of the gambling, data-protection or other laws that apply to you or your users.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
- Introduce malware, or use the Service to infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Breaching this AUP may result in throttling, suspension or termination of your access,
with or without notice depending on the severity, and does not limit any other remedy available to us. If you
