Refunds & cancellations

Cancel anytime — and we'll still listen.

You're never locked in. Cancelling is self-serve from your account, and your access runs to the end of the period you've already paid for. Refunds work a little differently — here's exactly how, and how to ask us to take a look if something isn't right.

How it works

Cancelling, and what you keep.

Step 1

Cancel from your account

Open your account and cancel in a click — no email, no phone call, no retention maze. You can do it whenever you like.

Step 2

Keep access to period end

Your plan stays live until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Nothing is cut off early, and you won't be charged again.

Step 3

Something went wrong?

If you think you were charged in error or something genuinely went sideways, don't email — use the form below and a real person will look into it.

The policy

You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and partial periods are not pro-rated.

Nothing here affects rights you may have under the law of your country — those always stand.

Ask us to take a look

Request a refund review.

We can't promise a refund — the policy above is the policy — but we'd genuinely rather hear from you than not. Tell us what happened and we'll look at your account properly. This form is the only way we take refund requests; we don't action them over email.

Refund requests are handled here, not by email.
