The sandbox reads live racing, not a delayed slice. Here is the whole of it.

Sign in, get a key

Google sign-in makes the key on the spot. It starts gapi_test_ and never expires.

Every call counts once, list or single race. The count resets at 00:00 UTC, and every response says how many are left.
